In this moment. In this breath. In the sensation you override before it can speak. In the yes that is actually a no. In the pleasure you defer, the desire you manage, the aliveness you keep meaning to get back to. In the grief you are quietly tucking away and the anger you are quietly feeding. In all of the ways you keep abandoning your own peace and your own pleasure. Because no one has ever shown you what to do instead.
Here we change that.
Together we work on choosing presence, peace, and pleasure with concrete practices that create a felt sense of these states in your body. So that you can intentionally cultivate them every single day, no matter what life brings your way.
As you do this, the curtain slowly lifts and standing on the other side is the most peaceful, and pleasure-filled version of you.

I created Sacred Woman Institute for the woman who is ready to stop managing herself and start meeting herself.
Feeling her emotions rather than containing them. Listening to her body rather than overriding it. Moving her energy rather than analyzing it. Expanding her capacity for ease and for ecstasy. Building a relationship with herself so present, so honest, so intimate, so embodied that the past finally loses its grip.
If you have read this far, you already know she is you.
I believe that peace and pleasure are not destinations. They are not waiting for you on the other side of the right relationship, the healed wound, or the life you imagined. They are available to you now, in this body, in this moment, in this life, exactly as it is.
But they require practice. Just as physical strength is built through consistent, intentional practice, peace and pleasure are built through a daily embodied commitment to yourself. Some days that practice is effortless. Some days it is the most radical act of self-respect available to you.
